Use a profile for your server. Create a folder in your main directory and add to the startupparameters -profile=C:\MyServer\AltisLife\
If this isn't the solution excuse me!

Try to setup a customChannel for the server.
In serverfiles is a file named something like "onPlayerDisconnected".Then you can send the Name from the player trough this channel to all players.

Actually what you mean is just the name of the account, on which the server has been started on the machine. The messages itself are from BattlEye
