Fix Wanted List on 4.0

How can I fix the wanted list, since I use version 4.0. And the crimes and the wanted ones leave in the db, but in the list of looked for nobody is shown. You can also add the crimes and add them. The only thing that does not show the wanted ones. I do not know if there is any way to fix it, or someone can pass the script up and running.
