Well you can't say we don't work fast. Here is the hotfix!

- Another potential fix for vehicles.
- Fixed a bug where VHS sound would hang with improvised silencer.
- Fixed the issues with the admin drone.
- Removed the test ACOG from the spawn pool.
- Fixed the bug where prisoners would sometimes fall through terrain when fainting.
- Fixed various weapons misplacements bugs.
